TuberSchool does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or professional business advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.
3. No Guarantee of Success
Membership in TuberSchool is not a guarantee of success. We do not guarantee that you will receive more views, subscribers, watch time, revenue, sponsorships, business opportunities, or any specific result from joining TuberSchool or applying the information provided.
Your results depend on many factors outside of our control, including your niche, content quality, publishing consistency, audience demand, execution, market conditions, platform changes, and your personal effort.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, to purchase a TuberSchool membership. If you access TuberSchool on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
5. Applications and Enrollment
TuberSchool may use an application process before enrollment. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing, or access. We may accept, reject, or waitlist applications at our discretion.
6. Membership, Pricing, and Payment
The listed membership price is $997 per year unless otherwise stated on the checkout page or in a written offer. Prices may change in the future, but any changes will apply according to the terms presented at the time of purchase or renewal.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, renewals, taxes, and applicable fees.
7. Renewals, Cancellations, and Refunds
If your membership is set to renew automatically, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel according to the instructions provided in your account, checkout receipt, or membership platform.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be stated on the checkout page or in the offer terms presented at purchase. If no specific refund policy is stated, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
8. Account Access and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or provide access to your TuberSchool account to another person without written permission.
9. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All TuberSchool materials, including videos, replays, live session recordings, slides, worksheets, templates, frameworks, text, graphics, logos, and downloads, are owned by TuberSchool or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal or internal business education. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share, teach from, or create derivative products from TuberSchool materials without written permission.
10. Community Rules and Conduct
When participating in TuberSchool communities, live sessions, chats, comments, events, or feedback areas, you agree to communicate respectfully and professionally. You may not harass others, post unlawful content, spam, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property rights, or disrupt the learning environment.
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate membership if we believe these Terms or community standards have been violated.
11. User Submissions and Feedback
You may submit channel links, thumbnails, titles, videos, analytics screenshots, comments, questions, or other materials for feedback. You retain ownership of your own content, but you grant us permission to review, display, discuss, and respond to that content as needed to provide the service.
Do not submit confidential information, private data, or third-party materials unless you have the right to share them.
12. Live Sessions and Recordings
Live calls, workshops, office hours, community events, and feedback sessions may be recorded. By participating, you understand that your name, voice, image, comments, chat messages, screen shares, or submitted materials may appear in recordings or replays made available to other members.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Services
TuberSchool may use third-party platforms for payments, community, video hosting, email, analytics, forms, scheduling, or course delivery. Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or acts or omissions.
14. YouTube and Platform Changes
TuberSchool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or Alphabet unless expressly stated. YouTube rules, features, monetization requirements, recommendation systems, and policies may change. We are not responsible for changes made by YouTube or any other platform.
15. Disclaimers
TuberSchool is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TuberSchool and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform penalties, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
